June 1, 2020The Neal Systems Service Team has expanded their capabilities to better serve the industry! The following services are available as single services or with a flexible service contract.
Calibrations – Our team has experience calibrating equipment from the following companies: ABB, Siemens, Yokogawa, Honeywell, Foxboro, Draeger, ATI, MSA, E&H, Hach, Emerson and Eurotherm. All calibrations are done via a tablet with certificates being generated electronically and immediately. All information is stored securely in the cloud with full customer access to make searching, sorting and filtering certificates easy.
Preventative Maintenance – NSI can perform a range of preventative maintenance tasks from single instruments through to entire systems. We have experience in dealing with situations where no drawings or manuals currently exist and can reverse engineer those documents through site visits from highly experienced field personnel. We can either follow established PM procedures or design and document them from scratch.
24/7 Emergency Callout – NSI has a range of unscheduled service plans ranging from cost effective business hours / telephone-only support right through to 24/7/365 on-site support. All service plans get a dedicated telephone number that rings through directly to the service department during work hours and the on-call service technician during off-hours.
Emergency Stock with Same Day Shipment – Our warehouse holds a range of devices from leading brands like Rockwell, Foxboro, Red Lion and Schneider Electric with a range of products from PLC’s, radios, cell modems, power supplies, pressure transmitters, DP transmitters, displays and PID controllers to cover emergencies at your facility. For an annual fee you can buy into a fully guaranteed stock list with the knowledge that NSI will ship same-day.
Instrumentation Assistance – Do you need an expert to help you pick the best level transmitter technology or choose between a Magnetic Flowmeter and a Vortex Flowmeter? Our field technicians have decades of experience and have seen and solved most problems before.
Remote Monitoring – NSI can monitor your SCADA and PLC networks remotely and let you know of problems in realtime. We can even dispatch a field service technician to your facility to solve the problem. Monitoring can be done completely securely using the latest equipment with 256 bit AES encryption.
Installation services – NSI has provided installation work for over 500 projects ranging from a single PID loop polycarbonate enclosure to an entire plant-wide gas detection system. Our team has replaced entire PLC’s at Waste Water treatment plants with no downtime. We can site and mount enclosures, run conduit, pull and terminate wiring, run stainless steel tubing, and install radio and cell modem systems – all with minimal disruption to your facility.
