Neal Systems is pleased to announce that Steve Slavutsky has been promoted to sales territory manager for the Lehigh Valley counties of Bucks, Montgomery, Berks, Lehigh and Northampton. These territories were previously covered by Shane Filer, who has assumed a full-time role in sales management within the company. Steve’s excellent technical engineering background and attention detail make him a great fit for the sales engineering team within NSI.

Neal Systems is pleased to announce that Dexter Vilar has been promoted to sales territory manager for the northeast New Jersey counties of Somerset, Middlesex, Union, Essex, Morris, Hudson, and Bergen. Customers in those counties were taken care of for 25 years by Alan Lake, who sadly lost his battle with cancer in September. Dexter has spent the last eight years as Neal Systems’ main application engineer. He has an electrical engineering degree from Penn State, and extensive application engineering, technical support, and marketing background in instrumentation, controls, drives, and recorders with the companies Leeds & Northrup and also Honeywell.

Suzy has a music degree from Millersville University, and has been a music teacher for the past few years. In January of 2011, Eurotherm introduced a groundbreaking new digital recorder, the Nanodac. At a mere 6″ x 6″ x 6″, the Nanodac is the smallest recorder Eurotherm produces and has a crisp, bright screen. Within just a few months, Eurotherm also released a Nanodac with controlling capabilities – combining for the first time recording and controlling into one unit. The Nanodac can now be upgraded to provide two independent control loops or an advanced cascade loop!
The two independent control loops utilize the advanced Eurotherm PID algorithm providing high performance and reliability to your process. The standard dual loop selection also includes one of the best auto tune facilities available along with overshoot inhibition (cutbacks); compensation for power fluctuations using power feedforward; linear, fan, oil and water cooling The all-new advanced cascade loop allows ease of setup and tuning when cascade control is needed. This application block allows the operator to set up individual set point ranges and tune the cascade loop, something unique to the nanodac™.
