Neal Systems is pleased to announce the addition of Joe Finnin to Neal Systems. He joins our solutions management team where he will serve as a senior project engineer. Coming to us from Schramm, Inc., Joe has 25 years of experience in embedded systems, hardware and software design, implementation, and testing. A graduate of Drexel University, with a bachelor of science in electrical engineering, Joe brings a very strong technical background that also includes robotics/system integration, field service, and training.

Neal Systems is pleased to announce the addition of Walter Freeman to the Neal Systems team. He will serve as our new territory manager for southeast New York and Northeast New Jersey together with Wayne Martin. Walter comes to us from GSI Automation where he worked as a sales engineer with an emphasis in control systems for power plants and flow. Walter has over 30 years of experience in instrumentation, gas detection, valves, and data acquisition. A people person with a great work ethic, he will provide great service to his New York and New Jersey customers.

Neal Systems is pleased to announce the hiring of James Regar as our new territory manager for Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Delaware. In his new role, he will work closely with Ken Taylor to serve that area together. James comes to us from the United States Navy where he worked in nuclear engineering. He is a graduate of Duquesne University from which he obtained a B.S. in physics and a B.A. in mathematics. James has strong engineering experience in systems and control valves which, combined with his energy and organizational skills, makes him a great addition to the Neal Systems team.

A graduate of Karunya University with a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics and communication, she has strong experience in industrial automation with Telinstra in Dubai. Coming to us from Woodard & Curran, Wayne has extensive background in systems integration, process control, instrumentation & SCADA design with special emphasis in water / wastewater process control projects. He is customer-focused with a “can do” attitude that focuses on both people and technology, which will greatly enhance the NSI team. Wayne will serve our customers in the greater New York City area and northern New Jersey
