Service Coordinator

The service coordinator’s position is an integral part of our field service team. They are responsible for interfacing with customers (power plants, water treatment, oil refineries, etc.) and ensuring that those customers’ needs are met. Additionally, the service coordinator will work alongside (2) other coordinators to assist with the service departments day-to-day operations. All while ensuring that the company’s positive image and reputation remains intact.

Education and Experience

•               Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree

•                At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•               Assist with the schedules for a team of service technicians

•               Act as liaison between clients and company

•               Be the primary point of contact for handling emergency service calls and scheduled service calls

•               Be the primary point of contact for coordinating all repair work coming into our facility

•               Responsible for quoting, order entry, scheduling, and invoicing all service work

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•               Work well with a team

•               Demonstrate the ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Drive

•                Demonstrate strong problem solving skills

•               Be able to continuously reprioritize competing demands of orders, projects, emails, and customer requests

•               Be able to adapt and function well with a fast-paced, dynamic workload

•               Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
