Bill has spent the last 33 years in process control instrumentation and programming for biotech manufacturing, oil refining, power, chemical, pharmaceutical, and water/wastewater. A longstanding member of the ISA, Bill brings broad and deep expertise and experience to Neal Systems that will be of great benefit to our services team and its customers.
