Calibrations

Our team of service technicians have experience calibrating equipment ranging from: ABB, Siemens, Yokogawa, Honeywell, Foxboro, Draeger, ATI, MSA, E&H, Hach, Emerson and Eurotherm. Neal Systems is also ISO17025 certified. All calibrations are done via a tablet with certificates being stored securely and emailed as a PDF upon completion of job.

Preventative Maintenance

Our team can perform a range of preventative maintenance tasks from single instruments through to entire systems. We have experience in dealing with situations where no drawings or manuals currently exist and can reverse engineer those documents through site visits from highly experienced field personnel. We can either follow established PM procedures or design and document them from scratch.

24/7 Emergency Callout

NSI has a range of unscheduled plans ranging from cost effective business hours, telephone only support, right through to 24/7/365 on site support. All service plans get a dedicated telephone number that rings through directly to the service department during work hours and the on call service tech during off hours.

Same Day Shipment

We hold a range of devices from leading brands like Rockwell, Foxboro, Red Lion and Schneider to cover emergencies at your facility. For an annual fee, a customer can buy into the full guaranteed stock list with the knowledge that NSI will ship the same day if requested before 2pm. PLC’s, radios, cell modems, power supplies, pressure transmitters, DP transmitters, displays and PID controllers are some of the devices stocked. A full list is available on request.

Instrumentation Assistance

Our team can help you pick the right instrument for the job. Do you need an expert to help you pick the best level transmitter technology or choose between a Magflowmeter and a Vortex flowmeter? Our field technicians have decades of experience and have seen and solved most problems before.

Remote Monitoring

NSI can monitor your SCADA and PLC networks remotely and let you know of problems before you even know yourself. We can even dispatch a field tech to your facility to solve the problem that you didn’t know you had. Monitoring can be done completely securely using the latest equipment with 256 bit AES encryption.

Installation Services

We have provided installation work for over 500 projects ranging from a single PID loop polycarbonate enclosure to an entire plant wide gas detection system. We can site and mount the enclosures, run the conduit, pull and terminate the wiring, run stainless steel tubing, install radio and cell modem systems all with minimal disruption to your facility. We have replaced entire PLC’s at Waste Water treatment plants with no downtime.

ISO17025 Accreditation

As of October 2023, NSI is ISO17025 Accredited and has performed thousands of calibrations within our scope. If interested in our scope, please click here. NSI is well versed in AMS2750 standards and performing Temperature Uniformity Surveys for a broad range of customers.
